Text or Next: Video Calling Challenge

It's been one month since we launched our video calling feature. And since then, we've seen a lot---and by that, I mean a lot---of you use it, discovering just how easy it is to get on a video call with, well...anyone.

The secret is that unlike other video calling apps, you don't both have to have the same app to connect. If you already have a TextNow number, simply open up the dialpad, or pull up an existing conversation, and tap on the video calling icon to start the call. The person on the other side will get a text message from you with a link to the video call, so all they have to do is click on it and they're there.It's a concept that's so easy, TikTok's own partyshirt decided to make it into a challenge: Text or Next.
